a day at ampang puteri specialist hospital

On 18 July 2011, we (i & husband) went to Ampang Puteri Specialist Hospital (APSH) to meet the pakar sakit puan no. 1 in APSH. This is the second visit (1st at Hospital Az-Zahrah, Bangi) due to my health problem. Search for second opinoin (boleh terima ke alasan nie?). Anyway saya & husband gagahkan jua ke APSH becoz saket da mula datang balik & further more APSH is one of the hospital panel under Prudential Insurance. Duet poket memang kena sedia awal. hehehe

Okai let's start the journey....(wah pegi hospital mcm pegi bcoti)

Kami gerak awal untuk elak traffic jam di MRR2. Sampai di perkarangan hospital 8.20am and hubby ajak minum dulu. Katenye awal lagi. Bukak kaunter jam 8.30am. We had roti canai breakfast at maple nearby. After that teros naik ke tingkat 3 (aras untuk pakar sakit puan) and surprisely sudah ramai mak ngah pesakit2 lain tunggu untuk temujanji pagi ni dengan Dato' Dr Ashar Abdullah....we had made a wrong decision to have the breakfast before registration.grrr ape boley buat. my turn is no. 13. Tunggu punya tunggu. Hati semakin panas. Jam sudah menunjukkan jam 11.50 & my turn tak sampai2.adoii macam pegi government hospital nie. I am getting hotter. Teros pegi kaunter tanya & that PA lady (tak mesra langsung) di kaunter just mention 'Puan, nombor da gerak tak ikot susunan. Nama puan Liyana Fariha kan, sekejap lagi saya panggil'.

What da f**k!!!ape perasaan anda?i am REALLY2 HOT!!!i just could not believe the words from her. This is private hospital & yet u can say this to me.OMG. saya memang tak boley tahan perasaan & nak marah pon tak terluah. So saya bagitau husband saya nak balik rumah & tak mahu tunggu lagi. I feel like wanna cry and run to the toilet. I am crying at the toilet until my husband came & its my turn to see the doctor. Saya memang fed up & give up to see the doctor but my husband said 'Da begini lama tunggu, takkan nk lepaskan peluang jumpa doktor'. So i move & met the doctor. Dalam hati memang meluap2 marah & said i will not come here next time.

The doctor was very profesional and did explain to us about the endeometriosis. The cyst size is still small but it will grow. So the doctor suggest us to have a surgery named laparoscopy. Kami memang susah nak faham the medical terms explained by the doctor. So the doctor bukak kitab and show us the real picture. Thats why i said the doctor is profesional enough. Lega. Kami agak risau tentang kos perubatan dan doktor bagi pilihan samada untuk proceed with government hospital (jika kewangan menjadi beban) @ covered under insurance. Doktor minta kami balik fikir & discuss after da capai kata sepakat. We agree and settled down everything (ubat & lab test) at the hospital. Bil untuk kali ini adalah sebanyak RM400++ (amount nie setelah ambil kira my husband is ex staff APSH). Kopak mak ngah!!!Sebelum pulang, saya sempat isi borang kepuasan pelanggan & as mention before, saya memang tak puas hati dengan mutu perkhidmatan yang diberikan staff kaunter di APSH.

Dalam perjalanan pulang, saya memang mengomel habis tentang perkhidmatan yang diberikan oleh APSH. Doktor bagos, tapi staff die. Sendiri mau ingat la. Saya jumpa doktor pakar sakit puan no. 1 di APSH, so the PA should show the no. 1 service. Not like no. 10. Sorry la APSH saya sebagai pesakit memang TAK PUAS HATI dengan service yang diberikan. Jika 10 markah penoh, saya bagi 4 je. Boleh?Padahal nak kena datang lagi for next appointment.
